Record Searches may be done in person on our public access computer at no charge or by mail at a rate of $5.00 per year searched. Requests by mail must include the full name of the party the search is to be conducted for, date of birth of party in criminal searches and years to be searched. Phone requests will not be accepted.
Copies of all public records may be obtained at the rate of $2.00 for the first page, 50 cents for pages 2 through 20 and 25 cents per page thereafter. There is an additional $3.00 fee for the certification of any copies.
All Juvenile and Adoption Records are Impounded and therefore are not Public Record. A court order must be obtained to access any Juvenile and Adoption records. |
