| The Warren County Zoning Office is located on the third floor of the county courthouse in the States Attorney's Office. |
| This office issues building permits for the county with the exception of the city of Monmouth and incorporated villages. The department works with the planning commission and the zoning board of appeals. Application for building permits may be picked up at the zoning office or you can request to have one mailed to you. |
