Details: Grace Period voter registration and voting begins through January 24th. A person can come into the Warren County Clerk's Office and register to vote, change an address, change a name, etc. If such voter chooses to vote in the April 4th Consolidated Election, such voter must do so then, in the office of the Warren County Clerk.
