Details: The holiday season is welcomed in Monmouth on the first Friday of December with Living Windows celebration in the downtown. The businesses decorate their windows to coincide with the holiday theme and many feature live Christmas scenes. A Santa parade, carolers, carriage rides, and live music are also featured during the annual event.
